HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you're looking for. The most relaxing way is to browse through the categories and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or brand into our search engine at the top right of the Website and we will find you everything related to your specific search. Once you have found what you want, click 'Add to Cart’, and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and shipping details.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?

Yes you do, just follow the easy steps on the screen. This will allow you to order easily without having to filling in your details every time you shop with us.

IT Door Step offers several payment methods listed below- whichever suits you best.

Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously indeed. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
 
DOES IT DOOR STEP ACCEPTS PAYPAL OR MOLPAY?
YES. IT Door Step does accept orders via Paypal or Molpay.
 
WHAT IS CASH OR CREDIT CARD ON DELIVERY?
Cash or Credit on Delivery is an exclusive payment method for only Klang Valley customers to pay for your purchases in cash or credit cards at the point of delivery.
 
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
Under any circumstances if you do not receive the Order Confirmation email from us, please e-mail us at admin@itdoorstep.com.my and provide us your Name, Email and Contact Number.
 
I AM HAVING PROBLEMS BUYING FROM YOUR WEBSITE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO I RECOVER MY FORGOTTEN IT DOOR STEP PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your IT Door Step Password, please e-mail us at admin@itdoorstep.com.my along with your registered name and e-mail address.
 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FAILED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER?
As soon as your payment is cleared for Direct Bank-in or order has been secured for Cash or Credit Card on Delivery, you should receive an e-mail automatically from our server confirming the order with an Order Confirmation Number. If fail to receive, please check your SPAM/JUNK e-mail folders before dropping us an e-mail at admin@itdoorstep.com.my along with your registered name, e-mail address and contact number.
 
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
You may amend your order 2 days before delivery or before your parcel has been shipped to you. All amendments must be same value or higher. However, this is not applicable for Express Delivery.

HOW TO CLAIM FOR WARRANTY?
If your purchased item is still within the Warranty Period stated by the respective original manufacturers, please inform us prior to returning by logging into “My Account” and fill up the Warranty Form found in “Order”. You are responsible for all shipping costs to IT Door Step.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GOODS?
We believe a satisfied customer is a happy customer. Thus, if you are unsatisfied with your goods, you may exchange your goods within 7 days starting from the invoice date. Goods returned must be in their original purchase condition (unused and unwrapped), including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Everything must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Please return goods together with the original invoice. There will be administrative charges of 5% of product price or minimum RM50 whichever higher. You are responsible for all shipping costs to IT Door Step.

WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
We take pride in our reputation for excellent quality and value. Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items shipped. If these unlikely events do occur, please contact us at admin@itdoorstep.com.my within 24 hours from receiving your order and return to us within 3 working days. Please return goods together with the original invoice.
The right goods or replacement goods will be delivered to your doorstep at no cost.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order only if your goods is still in IT Door Step warehouse. We will refund you your balance after deducting the administrative charges of 5% of product price or minimum RM50 whichever higher via cheque.

HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING SERVICE WORK?
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially when it is urgently needed. For Standard Shipping, we allocate the courier we believe will deliver your goods to you in the quickest time. For Express Shipping, we deliver personally to your doorstep.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO REACH MY END?
Depending on your choice of Shipping Modes, Standard Delivery takes 2-3 working days while Express Delivery takes within 24 hour (*only applicable in Klang Valley) to reach your doorstep.
 
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way which will include a tracking code and the logistic partner so you can track this throughout its journey to you.
For Express Delivery, we will work closely with you via phone call before we deliver your goods to your doorstep in order to prevent any further delays.
You can track most orders by logging into you IT Door Step “My Account”.
 
DO YOU DELIVER TO OTHER ADDRESSES OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
We will deliver your goods to anywhere within nationwide. Please update your Shipping Address, contact number and name of the specific recipient in order for us to minimize missing goods. However, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier
will deliver to the place not the person.
Please note that there will only be one Billing Address per order.
