Potential Delays

Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons

  • If the payment is not received
  • Standard shipping to remote areas is subject to our logistic partner’s distribution network and delivery scheduling
  • If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery. Should this happen, IT Door Step will reschedule the delivery.



Shipping Policy

1) IT Door Step delivers to all major cities and states in Malaysia. However, we aim to deliver your orders to you according to your shipping options.
 
2) We shall aim to let you know if we expect, if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
 
3) For Self Pick-up and Express Shipping, you are required to sign upon collection of goods. You agree to inspect the goods for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign upon collection of goods. You need to keep receipt of the delivered goods in case of future discussions with us about it.
 
4) Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.
 
5) All risk in the goods shall pass to you from the time when you receive your goods, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the goods.
 
6) You must take care when opening your received goods so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
 
7) If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the goods from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
 
  a) charge you for costs reasonably incurred by us
  b) no longer make the goods available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling your order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the goods.
 
8) To track your order, please use the tracking ID provided in My Account at once when your items have been shipped out.



Order Cancellation Policy

1) If you decide to cancel your order, IT Door Step shall refund you your payment. Please e-mail us at admin@itdoorstep.com.my as soon as possible.
   
2) All order cancelation must be prior to shipment from IT Door Step Warehouse.
   
3) IT Door Step shall refund you the balance after deduction of the administrative charges of 5% of product price or minimum RM50 whichever is higher.
   
4) All refunds will be issued to you by cheque.
   
5) Once your order has been shipped out of It Door Step warehouse, you are not able to cancel your order. We will not refund your payment even if you return the goods to us.
   


Return Policy

1) Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items shipped by IT Door Step.
   
2) You are responsible to contact us within 24 hours from receiving your incorrect or defective items.
   
3) You are responsible to ship the return goods back to us within 3 working days with the original invoice.
   
4) The right goods or replacement goods will be delivered to your doorstep at no cost.
   
5) For products older than 3 days, you will have to ship the product to IT Door Step for warranty claim at his/her own cost.
   
6) IT Door Step reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of the goods.
   


Exchange Policy

1) We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your shopping experience with us. You may exchange your unsatisfied goods within 7 days starting from the invoice date.
 
2) You must get approval from IT Door Step prior to returning the goods you wish to exchange.
 
3) You are responsible to ship the goods back to us within 7 working days with the original invoice.
 
4) IT Door Step shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
 
  a) In their original purchased condition (unused and unwrapped), including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  b) Unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
 
5) All returns will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Non-conforming returns will be rejected.
 
6) There will be administrative charges of 5% of product price or minimum RM50 whichever is higher.
 


Warranty Policy

1) Every product you purchased from IT Door Step is backed first by the product manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. We are not responsible for the compatibility of the items.
   
2) Please log in to “My Account” followed by "Orders" then fill up a Warranty Form with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the goods is damaged or defective.
   
3) Please ship the goods back to IT Door Step together with the printed copy of Warranty Online Form and RMA number.
   
4) Your repair / exchange may not be processed if IT Door Step do not have your information.
   
5) Warranty will be void and delivered back to you if we find that goods have:
   
  a) been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or
  b) been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or
  c) been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Product.
   
6) We will replace your goods after we receive and process your default goods.
   
7) You are responsible for any costs associated with shipping your product to IT Door Step.

General Terms & Conditions

Original

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within 1 - 2 days, provided there are no problems with payment verification. Although IT Door Step does not guarantee same day shipping or delivery, IT Door Step shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.

Sales Policy

For Cash or Credit Card on Delivery, “Order Confirmation” will be sent to you once we receive your order. Cash or Credit Card on Delivery is applicable to shipping address within Klang Valley only. As for other payment methods, payment for products shall be made in full before physical delivery of products. IT Door Step reserved the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If IT Door Step cancels an order after receive your payment, IT Door Step will refund the paid amount. IT Door Step reserves the right to cancel the order if the payment is not received after 7 working days.

Product Listing

IT Door Step strives for accuracy in all items, photographs, compatibility references, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice.
In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error. IT Door Step shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and / or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and or/remove the inaccurate information.

Liability

IT Door Step shall not be liable in contract or in tort for any loss or damage suffered and consumer rights are limited to those set out in these terms and conditions and under the statute.

Privacy

IT Door Step will not rent, sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to unrelated third parties without your consent. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collected from you. Our internal security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information.


Your information is for internal staff use on process order, confirmation, order status updates , product or promotion updates only. Credit card payment will be done on payment gateway and IT Door Step do not store any customer credit card details in our website and company.
If IT Door Step encouter any problems during processing your order, we will use the information which you have provided to us to contact you.
