-       By shipping carriers e.g. SkyNet, Citylink, Taqbin or Pos Laju.

-       By ITDOORSTEP delivery team.  (Only applicable within Klang Valley)

-       Delivery fee may be applied if your total purchase cost is below a certain amount.  You can enjoy our free shipping service when you spend more with ITDOORSTEP!

-       Delivery to your doorstep within 3 business days after payment received / order confirmed for Cash on Delivery & Credit Card on Delivery.

3.     Express Delivery

-       By ITDOORSTEP delivery team.  (Only applicable within Klang Valley)

-       Express Delivery fee is applied.

4.     Self Pick-up (By Appointment Only)

-        Pick up Point:

Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm

5.    ITDOORSTEP orders are delivered Monday to Friday during business hours; delivers to all major cities and states in Malaysia.

6.    All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

7.    We shall aim to let you know if we expect, if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses arising out of late delivery.

8.    For Self Pick- up and Express Delivery, you are required to sign upon collection of goods.  You agree to inspect the goods for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign upon collection of goods.  You need to keep receipt of the delivered goods for reference.

9.    Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as guide only and are based on time from dispatch.  ITDOORSTEP cannot take responsibility for carrier delay or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

10.  If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect goods from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

a)    Charge the costs reasonably incurred by us

b)    Cancel the order & refund the money (reasonable administration fees will be charged for the delivery & good returns)

c)    Currently, we do not deliver to a PO Box address & we are unable to ship to any International address.

d)    Track your order status at your account with ITDOORSTEP.
