Q: I’m having problems signing into my account / forgotten password.  What should I do?

A: If you’re having difficulties accessing your account, firstly we recommend you double check that the email address and password are correctly entered.  If you cannot remember your sign in details, please click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address.  We will then send you a link where you can create a new password.  You may also contact us at +6-3 8060 2563 or email to admin@

Q:  Do I need to create an online account to place my order?

A:  Yes, you will need to create an account when placing an order online.  By having an online account with us, you will be able to:

-       Track your order

-       View your order history

-       View your warranty validity

-       View your e-receipts



Q: What payment methods can I use?

A:  We offer several payment methods e.g.

-       PayPal

-       MolPay

-       Cash on Delivery (within Klang Valley) ; additional 2% discount

-       Credit Card on Delivery (within Klang Valley)

-       Direct Bank in (Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) / Interbank GIRO / Cash Deposit Machine); additional 2% discount

Q:  I have received a promotion code from you, how do I apply this?

A:  If you received a promotion code from us, you can apply this once you have begun to checkout.  As you’re confirming your payment method and delivery details.  If your promotion code doesn’t apply, first check the Terms & Conditions page for any exclusion that may apply to your order.  It could not apply to your order for one of the following reasons:

-        Only one promotion code may be used per order.

-       The promotion code may only be valid for 1 transaction.

-       The promotion code may exclude certain product e.g. best deal / sales goods.

-       The promotion code has expired.



Q:  What shipping options do you provide?

A:  We offer standard & express delivery to our customers.  For standard delivery, your order may be delivered by either ITDOORSTEP team or by a courier depending on your area.  For express delivery, we deliver your order personally to your doorstep within 24 business hours.  Express delivery is only applicable within Klang Valley.  For details of all our delivery options, please visit our delivery policy.


Q:  Can I cancel my order?

A:  You may cancel your order only if your order is still in ITDOORSTEP warehouse, we’ll refund the balance after deducting the administrative charges of 5% of the order or minimum RM50 whichever higher via cheque.


Return & Exchange

Q:  How long do I have to return a product?

A:  You have 3 business days to return the product to ITDOORSTEP with unused and original packaging.  For more information, please visit our return policy.

Q:  Can I exchange my product?

A:  You may exchange your product within 7 days starting from the invoice date.  For more information, please visit our exchange policy.



Q:  How do I claim the warranty?
