Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to shop with ITDOORSTEP.COM.MY. The below terms & conditions (T&C) apply to your any purchase through ITDOORSTEP.COM.MY.
The site is available to members who are 18 years and older. By becoming a member, you represent that you are of legal age. Membership is available only by a valid invitation to users who have completed the information required by portal’s registration form. As a member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the portal’s registration form. Members enjoy more access, more benefits and more rewards at every level.
Order will be processed within 1-2 business days for any payment received. Although ITDOORSTEP does not guarantee same day delivery, we shall strive to do so whenever possible.
ITDOORSTEP have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images, compatibility references, colors & other relevant information of our products appear on the portal. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on the monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. ITDOORSTEP reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published due to typographical, technical or other errors, including prices and promotions.
ITDOORSTEP shall not be liable in contract or in tort for any loss or damage suffered and consumer rights are limited to those set out in these terms and conditions and under the statute.
ITDOORSTEP will not disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties without your consent. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collected from you. Our internal security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information.
Your information is for internal staff use on process order, confirmation, order status updates, product or promotion updates only. Credit card payment will be done on payment gateway and ITDOORSTEP do not store any customer credit card details in our website and company.
We accept payment via PayPal, MOLPay, Credit Card on Delivery (Klang Valley Only), Cash on Delivery (Klang Valley Only) & Direct Bank In. We offer special cash payment discount to customers who make payment by cash upon delivery or bank in to ITDOORSTEP Account. For more information, please refer to the payment.
We offer Standard Delivery, Express Delivery & Self Pick-up. Shipping fee may applied if your total cost is below a certain amount. You can enjoy free delivery service when you spend more with ITDOORSTEP! Based on your total purchase cost, respective shipping fees will be added on. We aim to deliver your item(s) as soon as we can from the date of order received and payment confirmed.
Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:
- Payment not received
- Standard delivery to remote areas is subject to our carrier partners’ distribution network and schedule.
- If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery. Should this happen, ITDOORSTEP will reschedule the delivery.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact ITDOORSTEP as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. If you decide to cancel the order, we shall refund your payment after the cancellation approved. Administrative charges of 5% or minimum RM50 will be imposed to any order cancellation.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We adhere to our Goods Return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subjected to our terms and conditions:
- Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items shipped by ITDOORSTEP.
- Customers are responsible to contact us within 24 hours from receiving the incorrect or defective items.
- The item must ship back to ITDOORSTEP within 3 business days with the original invoice.
- Item must be in its original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, warranty card(s), manual(s) and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- All returned item will be reviewed by ITDOORSTEP. Returns that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee.
- ITDOORSTEP reserves the right to reject the returning of the items.
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we are more than happy to exchange the products within 7 days starting from the invoice date. To effect the return, please contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at +603 8060 2563, Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) from 8.30am – 6pm to inform us about the details of your transaction. You are responsible to return the product to IT Door Step Sdn Bhd within 7 days with the original invoice. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service to return the products to IT Door Step Sdn Bhd at your own cost. All returns will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Non-conforming returns will be rejected. There will be administrative charges of 5% of product price or minimum RM50 whichever is higher.
Every product purchased from ITDOORSTEP is backed first by the product manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Additional 10 days warranty will be given to all our customers after the payment made. Pls log in to “My Account” to check your warranty validity & fill up the “Warranty Form” with detail. Pls ship the product back to ITDOORSTEP together with the printed copy of Warranty Online Form & RMA number at your own cost.
Your warranty will be void and delivered back to you if the product have:
- Been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions or
- Been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair
- Been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions for the product.
We’ll replace the product after received and verified.
